Saineha is an experienced and dedicated Specialist Support Coordinator with a background in rehabilitation and exercise science. Saineha excels in coordinating and facilitating support services for individuals with complex disability needs. Saineha's passion for person-centred care, coupled with her problem-solving skills, allows her to navigate complex situations and find innovative solutions that address barriers that affect participant's access to supports.
Genevieve (Gen) is our admin champion. Blending healthcare expertise with administrative prowess, Gen's background as a Physical Therapist in the Philippines helps her to identify the specific needs of our participants, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure holistic support plans for participants with diverse needs. Additionally, her experience in managing medical billing and office operations means she's a pro at ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Coming from an NDIS SIL provider, Wil has mastered the intricacies of service agreements and the significant administrative requirements of NDIS. Wil has also worked directly in the field as a Support Worker, so he brings a unique combination of professional skills and heartfelt dedication to enhancing the lives of NDIS participants. His commitment to personalized care makes him an invaluable asset to our participants and our team.
