Blending healthcare expertise with administrative prowess, Gen's background as a Physical Therapist in the Philippines helps her to identify the specific needs of our participants, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure holistic support plans for participants with diverse needs. Additionally, her experience in managing medical billing and office operations means she's a pro at ensuring everything runs smoothly.
